These are the best eggs I have ever eaten and to know they are farmed using regenerative farming seals the deal for me.
Because I know its from properly pasture raised and finished hens. Its an incredible, nutrient dense whole food for my family.
As for what we prepare, it’s mainly for breakfast – fried in ghee, boiled, scrambled, French toast, congee topping.
I buy your eggs because they are top quality and taste the best, but equally it’s because of how you farm, your values and everything you stand for. I feel absolutely blessed to be able to buy eggs from your farm and it’s one of the wonderful things about living on the Western Cape. It’s as good as impossible to say what my favorite dish to prepare with your eggs is, but I do love hot boiled potatoes with butter, black pepper, and sea salt with fried eggs with runny yolks on top for breakfast.

I spent some time on the farm, and let’s just say that I was blown away by how incredible it all was! My next egg purchase was Farmer Angus eggs, and I’m eating them “scrambled” as I type…VERY YUMMY! No going back now.

I love the taste of the eggs, and support regenerative farming. And that it is an employee owned business.
As I compost all soft cardboard, I don’t like the shiny labels and extra Qr code label. This is unnecessary waste, all has to be peeled off. A simple compostable label including the QR code is much better and more in line with your ethos!
