80g chopped Farmer Angus beef
1 tablespoon garlic aioli/mayonnaise
10g gherkin chopped
10g chopped capers
5g salted mushrooms
1 teaspoon dill oil
5g mixed dill & coriander
1 teaspoon Rozendal vinaigrette
1 slice sourdough bread
Mix together the beef, mayonnaise, gherkin and capers.
In a separate bowl, mix the herbs with the salt and vinaigrette.
Lightly toast the bread.
Arrange the beef mixture alongside the bread and place mushrooms on top.
Garnish with the dressed mixed herbs.
Drizzle dill oil over top.
